Genset makes announcement.PARIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 6, 1996--Genset S.A. ("Genset") announced today the initial public offering of 1.8 million Ordinary Shares which are offered in the form of either Ordinary Shares or American Depositary Shares American Depositary Share (ADS) Foreign stock issued in the US and registered in the ADR system. ("ADSs") with each ADS representing one-third of one Ordinary Share at FF 249.02 per Ordinary Share and US$16 per ADS. All of the shares are being sold by the Company.
