Genpass Inc. announced another major addition to its senior management - Peter B. Davidson - who has been appointed president of Genpass Card Solutions, the newest Genpass Inc. business.

Until this move, Davidson was president of Speer & Associates (S&A), the leading consulting firm to the EFT industry.

Davidson has over 30 years experience in the EFT and banking industry. At S&A, he managed consulting services that encompassed all phases of consumer e-commerce, including credit card issuing and acquiring, debit card issuing and acquiring, ATM / POS, card and ATM management. His considerable expertise includes the development of strategic plans and initiatives for major EFT and credit card processing companies interested in establishing service quality "best practices," as well as a vision for national and international expansion.

Prior to his joining S&A, Davidson held senior and executive-level positions with major U.S. and international banking organizations including HSBC, CoreStates Financial, and Beneficial Finance Co. Davidson holds a B.S. in economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, as well as an M.B.A. in finance from Widener University. Davidson has also served on a number of industry panels, including the VISA Operations, Marketing, and Strategic Planning committees; MasterCard's Business Committee; the Government Relations Committee of the Consumer Bankers Association; and the Board of the Credit Research Center.

Davidson will head Genpass Card Solutions, the most recent addition to the Genpass business groups. This group is charged with finding new markets and new debit card-based products for financial institution and corporate customers.
