NAI New York City co-chairmen Joseph Genovesi and Stephen Dadourian were honored with NAI's Global Vision Award.

Genovesi and Dadourian developed the strategy that led to the acquisition in July 2006 of NAI DG Hart by NAI Global and the creation of NAI New York City, repositioning the New York New York, state, United States

NAI Global also honored Daniel Beider, CHB, managing director of NAI Global Hotels, with its Global Vision Award for performance in 2006.

The Global Vision Award recognizes the individual who makes the most of existing business strategies or demonstrates innovation by expanding into new horizons. Beider developed the strategy that led to the formation of NAI Global Hotels, the first specialty business unit created within NAI, to provide comprehensive services to hotel owners, developers and investors. The group completed over $380 million in transactions since its inception.

The awards were presented at a luncheon on January 25 at the NAI Global 2007 Convention in Las Vegas Las Vegas (läs vā`gəs), city (1990 pop. 258,295), seat of Clark co., S Nev.; inc. 1911. It is the largest city in Nevada and the center of one of the fastest-growing urban areas in the United States. .
