 as Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer and Dr. Renno Schuurmans as Vice-President, Business Development, Europe. Mr. Lambert will manage the financial, corporate and legal activities of the company. Dr. Schuurmans will expand Genizon's business activities within Europe.

Previously, Mr. Lambert served as Vice-President, Finance and Administration of ProMetic Life Sciences Inc., a public Canadian biotechnology company, and Adaltis Inc. He brings more than 15 years of experience in the biotechnology sector and several years outside of this sector.

With more than 15 years of experience in the life sciences industry, Dr. Schuurmans has held senior sales and marketing positions at InnaPhase Corporation, Araccel BV and Phoenix International Life Sciences. Dr. Schuurmans earned a Ph.D. from the University of Amsterdam and completed post-doctoral research at the Max Plank Institute and Northwestern University Northwestern University, mainly at Evanston, Ill.; coeducational; chartered 1851, opened 1855 by Methodists. In 1873 it absorbed Evanston College for Ladies. .
