Increases ARI's Presence in Worldwide Construction Industry

MILWAUKEE -- ARI (OTCBB:ARIS), a leading provider of technology-enabled business solutions that help equipment dealers, distributors and manufacturers build sales and profits, announced today that Genie Industries, Inc. of Redmond, Washington, has selected PartSmart Web[TM] ASP, ARI's proven web-based electronic parts catalog, along with PartSmart Data Manager[TM] and PartSmart Data Publisher[TM], ARI's catalog authoring tools. Genie Industries, Inc., a subsidiary of Terex Corporation (NYSE: TEX), is a world leader in the production of material lifts, portable aerial work platforms, scissor lifts, and self-propelled telescopic and articulated booms.

Under the agreement, ARI will host PartSmart Web ASP to provide on-demand access to Genie's parts and service catalogs by their customers worldwide. In addition, Genie has licensed PartSmart Data Manager to manage and maintain the Genie data following the initial conversion by ARI, and PartSmart Data Publisher to allow them to create parts manuals, price sheets or other parts-related publications in Adobe Acrobat PDF format for printing, electronic distribution or online display.
