Curiosity pays off.

Genghis franchise owner Mike Pierce Jr. is conducting a $250,000 remodeling project and hopes to open by the end of February if everything goes according to plan. If not, the Mongolian grill should be open by mid-March at the latest, the company said.

In case you hadn't heard, the restaurant will be filling the former Fazoli's-turned-former Pasta Patch location.
