This edition of the infrequently published 'zine has what makes Genetic Disorder one of the most consistently great ones out there: killer writing focused on locally oriented content that has wider appeal. Like what, you ask? It's got stories of true crime (from San Diego police reports) illustrated by various guest artists (and some of which have to be read to be believed), more of the "Loser's Guide to San Diego" featuring an article about that racially themed breakfast restaurant, Sambo's, interviews with a former mayor and former congressman, a story about where your sewage goes, an interview with teenage new wave sensations the Atoms, an article on RKL RKL Ruokalusikka (Finnish: tablespoon)
