PeopleComeFirst Performance provides a variety of employee assessment templates and supports clients' unique templates. The solution offers 360 degree and self-assessment tools; easy creation of position descriptions and associated required competencies across departments or the entire enterprise; skill gap assessment; the creation of detailed individual employee development plans; flexibility for weighting goals and objectives, as well as assessment results; the incorporation of management and peer comments; and tracking and reporting of performance results and competency assessments to meet any compliance requirement.
