The PE[c]rVIEW HD[TM] 500 DTV controller is a highly integrated, High Definition, and unified memory MPEG (Moving Pictures Experts Group) An ISO/ITU standard for compressing digital video. Pronounced "em-peg," it is the universal standard for digital terrestrial, cable and satellite TV, DVDs and digital video recorders (DVRs). 2 decoder designed for Integrated Digital TVs, fully compliant with ATSC, DVB and OpenCable (Digital Cable Ready See CableCARD. ) requirements. A high performance, industry-standard 32-bit MIPS (Million Instructions Per Second) The execution speed of a computer.
