Genesis Health Ventures resolves dispute with Adult Communities Total Services.

) and Adult Communities Total Services Inc. (ACTS) Friday announced that they have reached an agreement to resolve disputes that had previously developed between them in the spring of 1994.

The disputes between ACTS and Genesis Management Resources Inc. (GMR (Giant Magnetoresistance) See magnetoresistance. ), then doing business as Total Care Systems Inc., culminated in an exchange of letters in which each party stated that the other was is default of certain respective responsibilities under the Development and Management Agreement under which GMR provides management services to 15 life care communities owned by ACTS.

As a result of today's settlement, the concerns named in the respective default letters have been adequately resolved, and the default letters have been withdrawn.

Today's settlement also extends to a federal suit involving GMR and Reverend Richard S Ri·chard   , Joseph Henri Maurice Known as "Rocket." 1921-2000.
