) today announced record results for fiscal 1995. Revenues for the fiscal year ended September September: see month.  30, 1995 increased 25% to $486.4 million from $388.6 million in fiscal 1994. Net income before the cumulative effect of a change in accounting principle and extraordinary items increased 44% to $25.5 million or $1.55 per share on 19.0 million fully-diluted, weighted average shares outstanding, compared with $17.7 million or $1.26 per share on 16.5 million fully-diluted, weighted average shares outstanding in the previous year.

Revenues for the fourth quarter of fiscal 1995 increased 17% to $131.9 million from revenues of $112.7 million in the fourth quarter of fiscal 1994. Net income for the fourth quarter increased 24% to $8.0 million or $.47 per share on 19.1 million fully-diluted, weighted average shares outstanding, compared with $6.5 million of $.40 per share on 18.8 million fully-diluted, weighted average shares outstanding in the similar period last year.
