Genesis Genomics expands to UK.


Genesis Genomics is expanding its operation to the United Kingdom.

Dr. Bob Thayer, Genesis Genomics president, is currently in the UK making preparations to start a subsidiary of Genesis Genomics.

"We anticipate this will be happening within the next two to three months," Thayer says.

The company has recently hired a bioinformatics Using computers in biological research to analyze or predict the composition of molecules (nucleic acids, proteins, etc.) and model biologic systems. Bioinformatics is most prominent in the Human Genome Project, which has recorded the three billion chemical base pairs that make up the  math computing computing - computer  science expert this past month.
