) Analytical and Remediation Activity (CARA) Remediation Response West (RRW), part of the U.S. Army's 20th Support Command, to provide staff augmentation services at the Pine Bluff Arsenal The Pine Bluff Arsenal is an active military arsenal, that stores 12.5% of the nation's obsolete chemical weapons. In an incident after WWII, several captured German rockets containing nerve agents were accidentally launched into the surrounding countryside. . This contract is valued at up to $2.5 million through September 2009, and enables GP to continue supporting the mission of the CARA RRW by providing personnel to perform chemical agent operations in the decontamination decontamination /de·con·tam·i·na·tion/ (de?kon-tam-i-na´shun) the freeing of a person or object of some contaminating substance, e.g., war gas, radioactive material, etc.
