General Physics Corporation Chosen to Provide e-Learning Services to the U.S. Internal Revenue Service; GP will Offer Agency-Wide Content Development Support.

ELKRIDGE, Md. -- Global performance improvement solutions provider General Physics Corporation (GP), a subsidiary of GP Strategies Corporation (NYSE:GPX), was selected by Gov Online Learning Center (GoLearn) to integrate, launch and host the U.S. Internal Revenue Service's EEDO Knowledgeware Corporation ForceTen(TM) Learning Content Management System (LCMS). This will enable the IRS to develop and deploy interactive web-based training content without the need for specialized programming skills, as well as allow for the import of legacy content. The IRS also will use this system to track content workflow for content developers and contractors.

Working with EEDO and using GP's Rapid Implementation Methodology, GP's Professional Services Group participated and conducted stakeholder workshops, and loaded IRS training metadata, style sheets, templates and basic workflows into the ForceTen LCMS application in under six weeks. Additionally, GP is providing hosting services for the LCMS application which include 24x7x365 monitoring in a secure certified and accredited facility.
