General Motors renews.

Cushman & Wakefield of New Jersey, Inc.'s John C. Giordano HI has negotiated a major lease renewal for the General Motors' Motors Insurance Corporation at 200 Cottontail Lane in Franklin Lakes, New Jersey. Motors Insurance Corporation, a division of General Motors, signed a long term lease renewal for 34,273 square-feet of space in this Somerset County building, according to Giordano and Dennis Lukasik of Argonaut Relocation Services, who represented the tenant in the transaction. Jonathon Joels of the Kilstock Organization represented the landlord, VC Associates, in the negotiations.
