) announced today that it has appointed Robert E. La Blanc to its Board of Directors.

Mr. La Blanc is President of Robert E. La Blanc Associates, Inc., an information and technologies consulting and investment banking firm that he founded in 1981. Mr. La Blanc gained his investment banking background during a ten-year tenure at Salomon Brothers
