FAIRLAWN, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 8, 1995--Today the board of directors of GenCorp Inc. declared a quarterly cash dividend of 15 cents per share on the issued and outstanding 10 cents par value common stock of the company payable Nov. 30, 1995 to shareholders of record on Nov. 1, 1995.
