The alliance will enable both companies to more effectively serve customers on a global basis. It provides the framework for technical exchange and licensing, cooperative systems engineering, design and manufacturing of composite products.

Menzolit-Fibron GmbH, based in Bretten, Germany develops, manufactures and distributes glass fiber reinforced plastic components to the major automobile and heavy truck original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) in Europe. Menzolit GmbH and Fibron GmbH merged in May 1995 to become an industry leader in the European market.
