RESTON, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 28, 1997--Gelco Government Network announced that effective immediately, Gelco Travel Manager v7.0 has received a Qualified Validation Certificate from the Defense Finance and Accounting Office. Creation of travel documentation, travel accounting, reimbursements and reservations are all handled within the system to help the Federal Government move into an era of paperless travel and electronic commerce.
