Geico workers go to the head of the class.

NEARLY 40 GEICO GEICO - Government Employees Insurance Company associates took on temporary, teaching posts this winter at Burdell-Hunt Magnet School, where they explained the importance of business, economics and free enterprise to almost 450 students in kindergarten through fifth grade.

This was the insurer's second year working with the JuniorAchievement of Georgia Whole School Program, which brings business professionals into the classroom for real-world lessons.

Younger students learned about workers and consumers, while older kids learned how to start a business.
