Gas update.

Gas Update: Pump prices moved up in Los Angeles again for the second consecutive week, pulled up by rising costs of crude. The average gallon of self-serve regular in the Los Angeles area was $1.997 for the week ended Jan. 24, jumping from the previous week's $1.981, according to the Energy Information Administration. The statewide average was $1.959, up from last week's $1.932.
