., has been nominated to become a Director of the Company.

He will be elected to the Board of Directors at the next Meeting of Shareholders later this year.

Mr. LeMel joined Warner Bros. in 1987 and is currently the President for Worldwide Music. He is best known for his work on some very successful soundtrack albums that include: The Big Chill and Batman, to Space Jam and City of Angles. He was also involved in The Bodyguard and You've Got Mail The audio announcement heard millions of times per day by AOL users. The voice was recorded by Elwood "El" Edwards in 1989 at the suggestion of his wife Karen, who worked in customer service for Quantum Computer Services (before Quantum became AOL).  sound tracks. Currently, QRS Pianomation(TM) MIDI Music Library has about 35 categories that include: Big Band, Blues, Classical, Country, Dixieland, Gospel, Jazz, Latin, New Age, Piano Solo, Hits of the 30's, 40's, 50's, 60's, 70's and 80's, Television Hits, etc. Collectively there are about 2,750 tiles. Approximately 400 new titles are currently added every year.

The QRS Pianomation(TM) system can turn any piano into a reproducing player piano.
