), today announced a number of key acquisitions and partnerships with prominent technology-based training companies, cementing its leadership position in the rapidly expanding $10 billion global training and education marketplace.

J3 Learning Corporation -- A definitive agreement has been signed to purchase 100 percent of J3 Learning Corporation, a leading developer and publisher of software education and training products. Headquartered in Minneapolis, J3 Learning currently markets more than 225 educational products and is a leading producer of interactive multimedia training titles.
