Garrick-Aug to market 70-72 Wooster.

Reasonably priced 70-72 Wooster St., a retail space located between Spring and Broome Streets in Soho, is now being exclusively marketed by the leasing team of vice chairman Faith Hope Consolo and managing director Joseph A. Aquino of Garrick-Aug Worldwide, Ltd.

The space consists of approximately 5,500 SF of ground floor and another 5,000 SF of retail-zoned basement level space, with 70 feet of street frontage. It features an expansive, uncluttered interior accented with delicate Corinthian pillars. As part of a renovation effort, a new two-story storefront is now being built to complement the space's lofty double-height ceilings.

"With new stores and galleries opening practically every single day, Wooster Street is fast becoming one of the most exciting shopping corridors to explore in Soho," stated Consolo.

Retailers on Wooster Street include Pogessi, Val Cucina, Barney's Co-op, Steven Alan, Kenzo and The Rug Company, as well as highly respected gal leries Belenky Brothers and The Drawing Center and off-Broadway theaters Ohio and Performing Garage.
