Garrick-Aug brings new Searle's to 805 Madison Ave. (Retail New York).The leasing team of Faith Hope Consolo and Joseph Aquino of Garrick-Aug Worldwide, Ltd., has arranged the leasing of Searle's newest location at 805 Madison Avenue, between 67th and 68th Streets. The two-level store is approximately 3,000 SF. It was formerly Kenzo. "On this particular stretch of the Avenue," declares Aquino, managing director, "available retail space is practically nonexistent non·ex·is·tence n. 1. The condition of not existing. 2. Something that does not exist. non . However, Faith and I were able to assist Searle in obtaining a fabulous retail space."
