Garrick-Aug Worldwide appointed agent for 590 Madison Avenue. (Retail New York).


The leasing team of Faith Hope Consolo and Joseph A. Aquino of Garrick-Aug Worldwide, Ltd., have been named exclusive agents for the premier retail location at 590 Madison Ave., on the Southwest corner of 57th Street, in the IBM Building IBM Building can refer to one of the following:
  • IBM Building, Johannesburg
  • IBM Building, Seattle
. Presently Freedom Forum, the retail space is approximately 28,000 SF, on three levels, consisting of approximately 21,700 SF, on the selling concourse, approximately 2,800 SF, the ground level, and approximately 3,200 SF, the selling mezzanine.

The 100 feet of frontage on Madison Avenue Madison Avenue, celebrated street of Manhattan, borough of New York City. It runs from Madison Square (23d St.) to the Madison Bridge over the Harlem River (138th St.). In the 1940s and 50s, some of the major U.S.  has a double height storefront entirely of glass.
