Garrick-Aug Worldwide Ltd arranges lease for Bati Shoes in Manhattan. (Retail New York).


The leasing team of Faith Hope Consolo and Joseph Aquino of Garrick-Aug Worldwide, Ltd., along with senior retail consultant, Ferne Glanzrock, have assisted Bati Shoes in leasing their newest Manhattan location.

The term of the lease is for 10 years, for 1,000 SF, ground level, at 2151 Broadway, between 75th and 76th --Streets, in a space previously occupied by Gazoontite.

"As Faith and I have said before," states Aquino, managing director, "the Upper Westside has always been a great place to live and it is becoming quite an exciting place to shop, especially Broadway. Just a short time ago, Broadway was considered primarily a service street. It was, and still is, the address of some of the best food stores in the city."
