Garner Should Just Say NO to Affleck's Prenup; She's Losing Peak Earning Years to have Ben's Baby says Bev Pekala, America's Divorce Handicapper.

CHICAGO -- "Jennifer Garner will need an Emmy winning performance to stop fiancee Ben Affleck from demanding a prenuptial agreement. As a leading man, Hollywood heavyweight Ben Affleck has reportedly amassed a fortune of over $100,000,000, while Garner, a television star with a cult following, is worth approximately $20 million. Garner (33) may only have seven more midriff-bearing peak earning years, while Affleck (32) could realistically make $150,000,000 in the next ten years from acting alone. That's a lot of motive to give a star performance if the lawyers, managers, and agents, start the full court press to get Elektra to cave in and sign a prenup, letting Ben keep all his future earnings.

If Garner plays stay-at-home mom, she could lose just under $10 million for the next three seasons Alias is slated to continue. A family could cost Jennifer $25 million over the next five years.

With no prenup, Jennifer would be entitled to half of all Affleck's earnings while they are married, in addition to the child support she gets for each child. With Ben potentially making one hundred times more than Jennifer while they are raising a family, half of his future income is very inviting. "I would be surprised if their lawyers aren't spending all their time discussing, calculating and arguing the specifics of a prenup, with Ben's people hammering him to hold tight to a strict agreement," says Pekala.
