Garmin Adds Chapura PocketMirror Software to iQue 3600.

Chapura(R), Inc., an innovator of synchronization technology, and Garmin(R) International Inc., a unit of Garmin Ltd. (Nasdaq: GRMN), today said Garmin will bundle PocketMirror(R) Standard software from Chapura, Inc. with its iQue(TM) 3600 to offer users a popular and effective solution for synchronizing with Microsoft(R) Outlook(R). With PocketMirror software, iQue users can make their mobile lives more productive by viewing and updating essential Outlook Calendar, Contacts, Tasks and Notes information while on the road and synchronizing changes with their PCs once they are back at their desks.

The iQue 3600 is the first Palm-based PDA (Personal Digital Assistant) A handheld computer for managing contacts, appointments and tasks. It typically includes a name and address database, calendar, to-do list and note taker, which are the functions in a personal information manager (see PIM).  with integrated Global Positioning System Global Positioning System: see navigation satellite.
