LLC - Logical Link Control
 has arranged a 2,028-square-foot space at 250 West 39th Street for San Francisco-based celebrity fashion designer and manufacturer Margaret O'Leary, announces Richard Selig, principal of Hunter.

The tenant was represented by managing director Marc Schoen and associate managing directors Brian Neugeboren and Michael Schoen. The building's owner, L & L Acquisitions, was self-represented. The lease term is five years.

"The building at 250 West 39th Street is an up-and-coming knit and sportswear building in the garment district The Garment District is a store in Cambridge, MA and is well known for its Dollar-A-Pound clothing store. The Garment District started out as an offshoot of Harbor Textiles, a textile company which produced wiping cloths for industry that began in the late 1940s. ," says Mr. Schoen. "An established company such as Margaret O'Leary Inc. will find this space to be an ideal fit for the New York New York, state, United States
New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of
 showroom."
