Garland Chamber of Commerce and Economic Development Partnership Use Web Real Estate, Inc. to Help Attract New Businesses.

Web Real Estate, Inc. ("WRE") today announced the formation of an exclusive Strategic Relationship with the Garland Chamber of Commerce and the Garland Economic Development Partnership (collectively the "GCC") to help attract new businesses to the Garland area.

The core of the relationship is the WRE website and database that was originally designed to be an effective marketing tool for commercial property owners, brokers, and managers.

Recently WRE has undergone a re-engineering of its website and database allowing for the integration of both Company and Personnel information with the already existing Property database. "Our new suite of inter-related databases allow more efficient intelligence to be gathered and managed relative to both commercial properties as well as the companies and people responsible for commercial properties." says Lee Thurburn, Web Real Estate, Inc. "With the new functionalities we have developed we have increased our effectiveness as a property marketing tool and added the ability to focus our marketing efforts on specific Companies and Individuals who may have an interest in leasing or purchasing property that is available. The purpose of the information collection project is to help businesses attract more clients while allowing the GCC to assist in promoting both local businesses and in utilizing available properties for lease or sale in attracting new businesses to the area.

The information collection and marketing project will begin in September, 2001. All Garland commercial property owners and businesses will be contacted with information on how to participate in this project.
