Garibaldi adds two properties to portfolio.

The Garibaldi Group/CORFAC International of Chatham, New Jersey, recently assisted Higgins Development Partners, a leading national development company, with the acquisition of two land parcels totaling 36.7 acres located in Weisenberg Township, Lehigh County, Pennsylvania.

The sites were acquired from Arcadia Properties, LLC. Jeffrey Garibaldi, president, Gerald E. Moore, principal and Michael Bartolacci, vice president of The Garibaldi Group/CORFAC International, were responsible for consummating the transaction.

A 380,000 s/f state of the art warehouse and distribution facility is planned by Higgins Development Partners on Lot 5, a 25.6 acre site. Higgins also plans an 85,000 s/f flex building on Lot 7, an 11.1 acre site.

Gene Preston, senior vice president of Higgins Development Partners commented, "Adding these two sites to our Lehigh Valley land portfolio will enable us to market to a wide spectrum of user requirements. The size of the parcels complements the 503,000 s/f speculative building currently under construction at Arcadia West Industrial Park is scheduled to be completed March 2006."
