Gargash Praises Ministers for their Responsiveness.

, Dr. Mohammed Anwar Gargash, on Saturday showered praise on the ministers for their continued commitment to the implementation of the governmentAEs welfare-oriented policies that strengthen the nation.

The minister said that Minister of Interior Lt-Gen. Shaikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan was particularly responsive to the queries of FNC members regarding the draft law on medals and symbols.

He said the draft media law, which reflects the policy of His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum (Arabic (محمد بن راشد آلمكتوم) (born 1949) is currently the Prime Minister and Vice President of the United Arab Emirates, as well as the , Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, towards developing a healthy media in the country by providing more operational freedom for journalists, generated strong interest at the FNC session.

oMedia freedom is important in strengthening the UAEAEs developmental drive while upholding the rich traditions and cultural heritage of the nation,o he said, adding that the FNC members took extreme care while discussing the articles of the media law to ensure that it further enhanced the efficiency of the media.
