The company is reputed for quality and exclusivity and its famed signature Intrecciato Line. , adjoining the St. Regis Hotel, 697-699 Fifth Avenue, is being coordinated by international construction consultancy Gardiner & Theobald Inc., announced Jonathan Andrew, MRICS MRICS Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors , a Director in Gardiner & Theobald's New York office. Gardiner & Theobald will be responsible for both the cost and project management of the fit-out, which is scheduled for completion in fall 2004. The project includes modifications to the facade facade (fəsäd`), exterior face or wall of a building.
