Gannett will continue to own and operate K*USA-TV, the NBC NBC in full National Broadcasting Co. Major U.S. commercial broadcasting company. It was formed in 1926 by RCA Corp., General Electric Co. (GE), and Westinghouse and was the first U.S. company to operate a broadcast network. affiliate in Denver. The deal was closed after the successful completion of a regulatory review. Ownership of the two stations in Denver creates Gannett's second duopoly. The other is Jacksonville, FL stations WTLV-TV and WJXX-TV. A third duopoly, including WXIA-TV and WATL-TV, in Atlanta is pending.
