Wii Sports Wii Sports is a video game produced by Nintendo for the Wii. It was a launch title, and is included as a pack-in game with the Wii console in all territories except Japan, making it the first game included with the launch of a Nintendo console since Super Mario World  has become the biggestselling video of all time, according to unofficial sales tracker VGChartz. It's suggested that the title, which comes bundled with every Wii console, has now shifted 40.52 million copies - eclipsing the 40.24 million copies of Super Mario Bros for the NES NES Nintendo Entertainment System

Elsewhere, research by Nielsen revealed that it was the PS2 that took the honour of most-played console in the US during 2008, accounting for more than 30% of console usage minutes, way ahead of Xbox 360 in second place with 17.2%. Nintendo's Wii clocked 13.4% and the original Xbox 9.7%, both ahead of the PS3, which scored 7.3%.
