Gambro Acquires Memphis Dialysis Clinic.

STOCKHOLM, Sweden--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 5, 2000

Gambro AB (OM Stockholm Exchange: GAMBaST, GAMBbST), a leading international medical technology and healthcare company, today announced that its wholly owned US subsidiary, Gambro Healthcare, Inc., has acquired the assets of the dialysis program at UT Medical Group, Inc. ("UTMG UTMG Universal Transverse Mercator Grid "), located in Memphis, Tennessee.

 hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis and home training to over 235 patients in the Memphis area. Dr. Sergio Acchiardo has been appointed as the Medical Director of the new Gambro unit.
