INDIANAPOLIS -- Gallivan Auctioneers & Appraisers were chosen to liquidate To pay and settle the amount of a debt; to convert assets to cash; to aggregate the assets of an insolvent enterprise and calculate its liabilities in order to settle with the debtors and the creditors and apportion the remaining assets, if any, among the stockholders or owners of the  the assets of the historic French Lick Springs Resort (FLSR) located in French Lick, Indiana

French Lick is a town in Orange County, Indiana, United States. The population was 1,941 at the 2000 census. History
French Lick was originally a French trading post.
. FLSR sought proposals from several liquidation & auction firms and based final selection on specific criteria, including finding the most qualified firm to successfully liquidate the assets on an expedited timetable. A public auction is taking place on-site, December 20th, at 10:00 AM E.S.T., to clear the way for the historic renovation and expansion project which has already begun.

Thousands of items will be auctioned including kitchen equipment, small wares (Com.) various small textile articles, as tapes, braid, tringe, and the like.
