Gallery leases W57th St. space.


Adams & Co. Real Estate recently brokered a five-year, 1,719 s/f lease at 37 W. 57th St. for Latincollector Inc., an art gallery dedicated to bringing Latin American artwork to a multicultural mul·ti·cul·tur·al

    Michael Greenberg Michael Greenberg (28 November 1914-19 April 1992) was a scholar of Chinese economics and history. He was alleged to have provided a Soviet spy with information during the 1940s, but was never charged with espionage.  of Adams & Co. represented the tenant while Matt Coudert of George Comfort & Sons represented the landlord. Details of the lease were undisclosed, but asking rents were $60 per square foot.

    "This space is ideal for a dynamic and growing gallery," said Greenberg. "The Latincollector Art Center grew out of its original Tribeca location, and this space will place them in the center of New York's gallery community."
