Galleries present united Front.Three art galleries have joined the already burgeoning cultural community of DUMBO. Occupying new gallery space totaling 2,415 s/f will be Artcore, a gallery with a mission to bring cutting edge art work to people from all cultural backgrounds and races. Flavors of Haiti, a gallery representing Haitian artists, has leased 893 s/f of space at 111 Front Street. Christopher Havens represented Two Trees with Sankaranka and Artcore; Caroline Thebaud represented Two Trees for Flavors of Haiti. Elizabeth Martin of EL Martin Partners represented Sankaranka in its deal; there was no tenant representation for Artcore or Flavors of Haiti. |
