Galbreath reports leases at The Berkeley Building.


The Galbreath Company announced that a total of 11 leases have been signed in the first half of this year at the Berkeley Building The Berkeley Building (also known as the Old John Hancock Building) is a 26-story, 495-foot (151 m) structure located at 200 Berkeley Street, Boston, Massachusetts, USA. , 19 West 44th Street.

The leases involved the following tenants: Manchester Guardian, The Guardian, The
 formerly The Manchester Guardian

Influential newspaper published in London and Manchester, Eng., considered one of Britain's best papers.
 Wackenhut Corporation, Lear Enterprises, Inc., Crawford & Company, Possibilities Trading Corporation, Advanced Psychological, Author & Artists Group, R.B. Mavricks, Tele Americas Entertainment, Sloman/Nussbaum and V.J.D. Associates, Inc. Barry Lewen, senior managing director of Galbreath, made the announcement.

Peter Ricker, Jr. associate managing director of Galbreath, shares leasing responsibilities for the property with Lewen.
