Galbreath Riverbank served as broker to both parties in a creative transaction that solved the mutual space concerns of two computer companies in New York New York, state, United States

The commercial real estate firm consolidated the service and sales groups of Computerland Corporation into a 42,000-square-foot sublease sublease n. the lease of all or a portion of premises by a tenant who has leased the premises from the owner. A sublease may be prohibited by the original lease, or require written permission from the owner.  in space held by Digital Equipment Corporation at 2 Park Avenue. The sublease, which will continue for the remaining five years of the original lease, has an aggregate rental value rental value n. the amount which would be paid for rental of similar property in the same condition in the same area.
