Gadzoox Networks, Inc., a leader in SAN (storage area network) products, today announced plans to demonstrate their recently introduced Capellix switch at the Networld+Interop conference and exhibition in Las Vegas Las Vegas (läs vā`gəs), city (1990 pop. 258,295), seat of Clark co., S Nev.; inc. 1911. Product and Solution Demonstrations Include:

-- Capellix, Gadzoox' recently announced chassis-based SAN switch,
   will be demonstrated in a 24-node switching environment with
   12 servers and 12 storage arrays.

-- LAN-Free Backup will be demonstrated with Gadzoox' Gibraltar(TM)
   managed hub and Seagate Software's Backup Exec(TM) application
   featuring the centralized scheduling of multiple backup sessions.

-- Serverless Backup will demonstrate the ability of the Gadzoox'
   Denali switch to direct the backup of data from disk to tape
   without a server. Featured in this solution will be the Denali
   switch, Gibraltar hub and Legato System's Celestra Power agent,
   Celestra Copy agent and NetWorker application.

-- Gadzoox Ventana SAN Manager 2.0, the industry's first proactive
   SAN manager designed to provide resiliency, fault isolation,
   performance optimization and the administration of high
   availability fallover configurations.
