GVI Security, Inc. Launches Basix Access Control Line.

GVI Security, Inc., a provider of integrated security solutions incorporating a complete line of video surveillance, access control and detection systems to the fast-growing homeland security, professional, business-to-business and retail market segments, today announced that it has launched a new line of Access Control products. GVI Security, Inc. is the subsidiary of Thinking Tools, Inc. (Pink Sheets:TSIM), which has announced its intention to change the name of the Company to GVI Security Solutions, Inc., subject to shareholder approval.

GVI's Basix(TM) access control solution is built on Mercury Security controllers, the industry standard. Basix(TM) provides enterprise-level features at a fraction of the cost of competitive solutions.

The new line ranges from solutions for small low-end systems to highly complex multi-site installations. Basix(TM) Standard is a Windows XP application that provides connectivity for up to 64 card readers, 512 inputs and 512 outputs, and supports up to 2,000 cardholders. Basix(TM) provides an embedded, intelligent linkage system that allows the user to construct "if/then" macros to control DVRs, CCTV systems, and mantraps under a variety of scenarios. Basix(TM) Professional expands the feature set to provide multi-user capability, video badging, video integration, DVR control and increased capacity.

The Company is working with integrators to install integrated front-end access control systems in many of the nation's ports, airports, school districts and large retailers.
