GVA to market 49,175 s/f of Jersey's prime office space.

GVA Williams New Jersey announced that it has been appointed exclusive leasing agent by property owner Alfred Sanzari Enterprises for a 49,175 s/f office space on the third floor of Glenpointe Centre West in Teaneck, N.J.

The space is located within one of the most renowned mixed-use complexes in northern New Jersey. In addition, an extensive capital improvement program is planned for Glenpointe in 2006. GVA Williams New Jersey's president David Simson, executive vice president Frank Gunsberg and senior associate Leslie Meril are handling this assignment.

A comprehensive capital investment program is planned for the office component of Glenpointe, which will include a complete redesign of the lobbies, upgrades to the common areas and new state-of-the-art mechanical systems.
