GVA team negotiates $6m Moscow lease for law firm.

 Worldwide announced that law firm Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flora LLP LLP - Lower Layer Protocol  has signed a lease at the brand-new office tower Ducat DUCAT. The name of a foreign coin. The GVA Worldwide team of Michael Baumann Michael "Bommi" Baumann (born 1948 in Berlin-Lichtenberg) is one of the founders of the German organization Movement 2 June. Biography

 of New York-based GVA Williams and Roman Scherbak of Moscow-based GVA Sawyer represented Skadden in the transaction. The landlord is Gasheka Realty.

"GVA Worldwide worked with Skadden to negotiate a lease in this luxury office building before it was even built," said Mr. Baumann. "It is a spectacular location for an international firm, right in the center of one of the most culturally rich cities in the world."

Skadden's Moscow office was previously located at Degtyarny Pereulok 4. The law firm also has offices throughout North America, Europe and Asia.
