GVA team inks 75,000 s/f in midtown south leases.

 Williams team of Christel Engel and Lou Prisco recently completed a series of lease and sublease sublease n. the lease of all or a portion of premises by a tenant who has leased the premises from the owner. A sublease may be prohibited by the original lease, or require written permission from the owner.  transactions totaling nearly 75,000 square feet in the Midtown South submarket.

Engel and Prisco represented Forbes, Inc. in its sublease of 23,200 square feet on the 11th floor of 28 West 23rd Street to RCN RCN n abbr (= Royal Canadian Navy) → kanadische Marine  Telecom Services. RCN Telecom Services was represented by Ron Bowman of Tishman Real Estate Services.

The team also represented the ownership of 136 Madison Avenue, led by Jerry Cohen cohen

Finally, Engel and Prisco represented the not-for-profit organization Phipps Houses in a long-term, 33,000 s/f relocation and expansion at 902 Broadway. The group was previously located at 43 W. 23rd Street. Marty Meyer and Perry Mesmer of GVA Williams represented 902 Broadway's landlord, Jonathan Rosen.
