GVA tapped for rare Greenwich retail spot.

 Williams of Connecticut has been selected to handle the leasing of 225 Greenwich Avenue in Greenwich, CT--an 18,000 s/f retail building that currently houses Pier One Imports.

The three-story building is located on Greenwich's upscale Greenwich Avenue--often referred to as the "East Coast's Rodeo Drive Rodeo Drive (IPA: /roʊˈdeɪoʊ/) generally refers to a famous three-block long stretch of boutiques and shops in Beverly Hills, California, United States, although the street stretches further north and south. ."

GVA Williams' Executive Vice President Scott Lifschultz will lead the building's leasing team. The building's landlord is Arsen Realty LLC (Logical Link Control) See "LANs" under data link protocol.
