GVA tapped for PAS leasing assignment.

GVA Williams has been appointed by MD Carlisle Realty Corp. as the exclusive leasing agent for 352 Park Avenue South. Currently being marketed by GVA Williams are four floors totaling 48,800 s/f.

The 7th, 8th, 11th and 13th floors--each 12,200 s/f--are available for immediate lease. Floors can be leased together or separately for five--to ten--year terms.

Located between 25th and 26th Streets, the 170,043 s/f building has 17 floors and features efficient floor plans with superb southern and eastern exposures. Building tenants include the post production firm Nice Shoes LLC and the construction management firm Pavarini McGovern, LLC. Asking rents in the building are $36 per square foot.

The GVA Williams leasing team comprises of Richard Plehn, managing director, Eric Cagner, Associate, and David Jaudes, Associate.

A program is being developed by ownership to upgrade the building's lobby, canopy and elevator cabs. The envisioned building upgrades will create a more modern office environment.
