GVA steers PR firm to Chelsea once again.

GVA Williams has negotiated a lease for 902 Broadway with HealthSTAR Public Relations LLC. The firm signed a deal for 16,500 square feet, the entire 11th floor, for 10 years at an average rent of $47 psf. With its headquarters located at 90 Fifth Avenue, this is the firm's second Chelsea location.

"This office location, just five blocks away from its headquarters, will add to the public relations firm's panache," said Perry Mesmer, senior managing director. "There was already a tenant in place at 902 Broadway, Mirisel FD, LLC that wanted to consolidate under one roof and needed more space. So they were able to negotiate an early termination. The early exit was an opportunity for HealthSTAR to expand in Chelsea."

Mesmer and Marty Meyer, senior executive managing director, of GVA Williams represented the landlord, 902 Broadway Associates. The firm is the managing agent for the building. Gerry Miovski and Barry Finkelman of CBRE represented HealthSTAR. The full-service public relations agency that specializes in healthcare, medical and pharmaceutical communications is expanding by taking a second office in the Chelsea area. Its headquarters is at 90 Fifth Avenue.
